Sound familiar?

Half the team hasn't touched AI. The other half uses it five different ways.

You're paying for AI tools and aren't sure you're getting much from them.

Leadership wants an AI plan, and nobody's sure where to start.

Someone's pitched "automate everything," and it feels like a big leap from where the team is.

Why fluency before automation

Automating before your team is fluent rarely goes well. Your existing tools and processes have to meet a technology that works differently and moves at a different pace. When people know how to brief AI, direct the work and check the output, automation has something solid to build on.

Brainbase for Business

Three phases, one practical path.

Start with the first two together. Decide on the third once you can see the opportunities.

Phase 1

Learn together

  • A three-hour AI fluency lab, hands-on and built around your team's real, non-confidential work. Everyone practices giving AI useful context, asking clearer questions and reviewing what it produces.
  • Six written resources your team can return to as they apply what they learned.
  • A 60-minute follow-up call for questions and putting it into practice.

Phase 2

Find the opportunities

  • A 90-minute session with leadership about your team's work: what repeats, what needs a person's judgment and where AI could help.
  • A written opportunities document: practical, low-effort places to start, to inform your next decisions.

Phase 3 · Optional

Build with your team

  • Automations and workflows, developed together, starting with the opportunities you choose. Scoped and priced separately. For more technical builds, I bring in an experienced technical partner.

Phases 1 and 2 are priced together, based on team size. I'll share the figure on our call. Phase 3 is quoted once the scope is clear.

Fewer tools. More capability.

You don't need twenty subscriptions. Start with one capable AI and the way your team already works. Add a tool only when there's a clear bottleneck it solves.

Your free 30-minute consult

Thirty minutes with me, Jason. Here's how it goes.

Jason Digges smiling while leading a group conversation
  1. 1Tell me about your team and where AI is, or isn't, showing up in the work.
  2. 2We look at what repeats, what needs a person's judgment and where better fluency would help most.
  3. 3You leave with a clear next step, whether or not we work together.

If there's a fit, I'll follow up with a short proposal: what we'd do, who's involved, what your team supplies and the fee.

Bring: one task or question, and the tools your team uses today. Leave confidential records out of the booking notes.
